Owner Ismael "Ish" Rocha learned the trade alongside his father as a teenager and has done the framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, drywall and finish carpentry himself, so he understands how every stage of a project fits together. The company builds custom homes, additions, ADUs, whole-home remodels and exterior projects for homeowners, and handles multifamily renovations for property owners. Ish visits your property, learns your goals, and looks at the existing conditions of the home to spot anything that could affect the project before it starts.

You get a detailed proposal covering scope, expectations, timeline and cost, and you walk through it together before anything moves forward.
Prepare for construction
Scheduling is finalized, materials are coordinated, and the job is organized so work starts smoothly.
Build
Regular progress updates throughout construction, with questions answered as they come up rather than at the end.

A final walkthrough together, with any touch-ups handled before the project is called complete.
