Before you call
Do I need to be in California?
No. I am licensed in multiple states and work with buyers and homeowners across all of them. If you are outside my licensed states, ask anyway. I can usually refer you to a broker I trust.
What should I have ready?
For a quick quote, nothing. For a pre-approval: two recent pay stubs or, if self-employed, your last 12 to 24 months of bank statements, two years of W-2s or tax returns, and a recent asset statement.
